February's Recipe: Spaghetti Squash a la Mert

One New "Recipe" for February ... Ok so I didn't follow a recipe, what I did do was cook Spaghetti Squash for the very first time EVER (perhaps even the first time I've ever eaten it), and it's amazeballs!

What you see here is a spaghetti squash baked. Pulled apart, and looked JUST like spaghetti, really easily after being baked for 30 minutes. And then I added homemade sauce, and some chicken sausages that were cooked, and topped it off with some sprinkle cheese!

YUMMO!!!!

Next Spaghetti Squash trial is going to be Chicken Parm -- I have a recipe to follow for it. ;o)

Mice. Gah.

This is the type of mouse I can handle. And yet, over the past 2 years I've "gotten" seven of the freaking little buggers in two different apartments ... and an 8th is taunting me. Came home today and the damn thing ran across my stove, jumped off of it and then scurried under the radiator in my kitchen. I screamed like a little girl. I mean, just go away mice. I no like you in my house.

And I do realize that, to many folks out there, mice are not a "big" deal ... but I just DON'T do mice.

Blargh...heebee jeebee's man!
