Sometimes I really do wonder if we could see things we made on an Etsy site ... I think we could!

These snowmen and women were made from a birch that came down on my own property!

These ones are moms!

And we milkweed pod ornament crafted today too -- guess which one is mine! Ha...!!!

Novartember

November's Art: The Art of Being Grateful

11/1 - Thankful for the ability to buy my own home (with some help from my folks)!

11/2 - Grateful for my job, and it's being in my field of study!

11/3 - Thankful for the fact that my parents thought traveling and learning from those travels was - and still is - important. And extra grateful that they brought me with them to Colorado this month.

11/4 - Thankful for my yard, and the fact that I can actually plant and grow things -- a veg garden in the spring.

11/5 - Thankful for my nieces and the joy they provide and the love they give!

11/6 - Thankful for my health!

11/7 - Thankful for my friends! For making the effort to stay in touch, even those who live states and or countries away!

11/8 - Grateful for the ability to vote!

11/9 - Thankful for the fact that, despite my fear of flying, I don't let it stop me from doing so.

11/10 - Thankful for my large, crazy, supporting and loving family members!

11/11 - Thankful for my cat. She's crazy and weird, but the snuggles and purrs and kitty love is pretty darn great!

11/12 - Thankful for the relationship that I have with my brother, it's a true friendship!

11/13 - Grateful for my sister, our relationship, and that she took charge of what she wanted in her life.

11/14 - Supremely grateful that I can count my parents as my friends, and supporters, and folks who love unconditionally!

11/15 - Thankful that my next door neighbors are two of my favorite people on the planet!

11/16 - Grateful that I was allowed to follow my bliss!

Pumpkin Art

Believe it or not, those pumpkins are painted with Nail Polish. The nail polish was "dotted" on room temperature water and then the pumpkins were submerged into the polish-water and twisted to get the polish on the whole thing. I actually put two rounds of paint on each of them. :) They came out pretty cute!
