Found this recipe on Pintrest and decided to give it a go for Thanksgiving dinner - SO GOOD!!! It's very easy to make.
HOW TO MAKE IT
Cut Brussel sprouts in half and coat with oil.
Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake (at 350) for 40 minutes or so.
After about 20 minutes add the squash to the baking sheet (cut and seed the squash, also peel the rind; cube it and place it in a bowl; add oil and maple syrup - about 1 tbsp of each - and mix; place on baking sheet - bake for 20+ minutes, or until soft)
When finished - place veg in a bowl with a cup of dried cranberries and stir.
EAT.
