2017's It's Not a Bucket List Bucket List

1. Continue making art every day.

2. Continue doing one craft every month.

3. Continue to cook at least one new recipe every month.

4. Complete a 30 day Wheat Belly/Gluten Free "diet."

5. Start an Etsy (or the like) shop with Mom - seasonal homemade crafts.

I don't think I did all of this - haven't started the Etsy shop site yet, though Mom and have begun. :) And I did do 30 days "wheat free" -- and I do think I lost some weight ... then I bought a house ... have to start over again. LOL

March 2017 - Donated to the White Helmets.

February 2017 - Donated a box of Girl Scout Cookies.

February 2017 - Made a donation, in Kylie Adele's name, to the Human Rights Campaign (for her 18th Birthday Time Capsule)

December 2016 - Gave a book away to Toys for Tots

November 2016 - Gave a few bucks to a homeless "veteran."

October 2016 - An at the register donation to Albany Children's Hospital

September 2016 - Officially became a "big sister" in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program!

September 2016 - I bought a pair of "Elephant Pants" -- a portion of the purchase price goes to save the elephants.

September 2016 - An at the register donation to diabetes research.

May 2016 - As a part of a Book Swap, I sent a book (through Amazon.com) to someone I don't know (but who is friends with a mutual friend, it's how the swap works).

April 2016 - Donated a box of Girl Scout Cookies to a deployed soldier.

March 2016 - Donated to a gofundme for a friend who's little girl is suffering from a seizure disorder - to help with their travel expenses while they go to and fro some great Children's Hospitals in NYC and MA.

March 2016 - Donated to Muscular Dystrophy

February 2016 - "Adopted an Emperor Penguin"

December 2015 - I bought a winter hat to donate in a donation box we have at work.

December 2015 - Sent a card to a local kid who lost her family in an arson fire, said all she wanted for Christmas was to fill her aunts metal card tree with cards. :)

November 2015 - I bought a toy to donate to Toys for Tots

November 2015 - I went to a show where the proceeds of the event went to Love146 (an organization to stop child trafficking)

November 2015 - Gave a homeless veteran (at least he says he is) a fiver.

October 2015 - Donated to my friend Justin's Indigogo for an EP he is hoping to release.

July 2015 - Donated to my friend Arlene's Kickstarter for a project she's directing!

July 2015 - Donated a calculator for a back to school drive for military families.

March 2015 - Helped cleaning up my Grandmother's house ... she'd had a mouse problem.

December 2014 - Yesterday I purchased and donated a book, at Barnes and Nobel, to those in need this Holiday Season.

November 2014 - I purchased a toy for a little baby boy for Christmas; to go with the other things my mom had purchased for the little one.

From Time to Time: I will give a dollar or two to a homeless person (it's up to them what they do with it).

August 2014 - I bought two boxes of Crayola crayons to donate to a kid who will be starting school soon and needs them.

March 2014 - UNICEF TAP Project - clean water!!!

February 2014 - I donated a kids toy to a local Hospital!

For a number of months - 2013 (and into 2015) - every time I shop at RiteAid, I "rounded up to the next whole dollar" ... this money was (is) donated to local charities for kids (I believe ... I should really get some more info on it, huh?!)! :)

April 2013 - I purchased a CD called "Fix Me Up" - the proceeds from the purchase went to benefit Children's Cancer Research.

March 2013 - I donated nonperishable food to the hungry, to a local food shelter. It was crazy easy ... someone dropped off a plastic bag in my mailbox ... I then left the same bag with food in it on the date it was to be picked up.

February 2013 - Included in my purchase of Girl Scout Cookies, to support a troop who's leader is my friend and whose kiddo is in it, was one box that would be sent to a soldier overseas.

January 2013 - Sponsoring Kathy Weston's PSP Fundraiser Bike Ride.
